Allow for more than 2 decimals

The quantity and purchase price of a transaction show only 2 decimals. But sometimes you want more precision than that. For example for fractional shares, which sometimes use up to 6 decimals. It seems like the extra decimals are actually held in the database, but the UI only shows 2 and rounds numbers, which is making it confusing which number is actually being used.
