One should be able to enter a debt that will be deducted from the rest of the portfolio value. Of course, there should be options to enter repayments.

This request needs to be improved to gain more support and visibility. Would suggest renaming it ‘Track Debt / Liabilities against assets’ and expand the description to consider total value and repayments.
Given most property and high value physical assets are normally acquired using debt this seems a huge missing requirement to the accuracy of many portfolios.
Additional parameters like open loan/credit for the real estate would be great to see how much money is available

Most of us don't buy real estate with Cash, but with a mortage. So it would be nice to have the Option to value your real estate based on the gained equity by payment rate.

I would love to be able to offset my real estate investment with the loan that accompanies it. Right now I don’t have an accurate net worth because of it. It would be nice to include the purchase price, current amount owed, income from rent, etc
I would like to include my real state portfolio, but if I don't have the possibility to track my loans status, it's useless. Is great you can track the renting side of it but t would be great to be able to track loan payments and general debt status over the asset aswell. I guess this is applicable for other asset types where debt plays a cricial role.
I would like to include my real satate protfolio but I can't if I dont have oversight over the loans status I have over my assets. It's great that you can track the rent, but to properly track a real state asset it's crucial to track loan payments aswell.

Diese Funktion ist immens wichtig! Es sollte doch auch technisch gesehen sehr einfach zu realisieren sein.
Es muss bei Cashkonto Minuszahlen erlaubt werden.
Um eine vollständige Übersicht über sein Vermögen und Finanzsituation zu erhalten wäre es gut, wenn auch Verbindlichkeiten wie ein offener Kredit richtig eingetragen werden könnten.
Im Idealfall mit der Kreditrate hinterlegt, so dass der Kreditbetrag automatisch weniger wird. Sondertilgungen könnten über die Gesamtbetraganpassung realisiert werden.
