One should be able to enter a debt that will be deducted from the rest of the portfolio value. Of course, there should be options to enter repayments.

Being able to track debt related to a mortgage or a personal loan. By doing so, the net worth value will be more realistic
Would be so good! If you buy an asset you usually use some debt. We should be able to add some costs asociated with the asset to be more accurate.
This request needs to be improved to gain more support and visibility. Would suggest renaming it ‘Track Debt / Liabilities against assets’ and expand the description to consider total value and repayments.
Given most property and high value physical assets are normally acquired using debt this seems a huge missing requirement to the accuracy of many portfolios.
Additional parameters like open loan/credit for the real estate would be great to see how much money is available

I would like to include my real satate protfolio but I can't if I dont have oversight over the loans status I have over my assets. It's great that you can track the rent, but to properly track a real state asset it's crucial to track loan payments aswell.
I guess that this is applicable for other type of assets where is relevant to track debt.
