Feature Requests

I would like to include my real state portfolio, but if I don't have the possibility to track my loans status, it's useless. Is great you can track the renting side of it but t would be great to be able to track loan payments and general debt status over the asset aswell. I guess this is applicable for other asset types where debt plays a cricial role.

I would like to include my real satate protfolio but I can't if I dont have oversight over the loans status I have over my assets. It's great that you can track the rent, but to properly track a real state asset it's crucial to track loan payments aswell.
I guess that this is applicable for other type of assets where is relevant to track debt.

Diese Funktion ist immens wichtig! Es sollte doch auch technisch gesehen sehr einfach zu realisieren sein.
Es muss bei Cashkonto Minuszahlen erlaubt werden.

Um eine vollständige Übersicht über sein Vermögen und Finanzsituation zu erhalten wäre es gut, wenn auch Verbindlichkeiten wie ein offener Kredit richtig eingetragen werden könnten.
Im Idealfall mit der Kreditrate hinterlegt, so dass der Kreditbetrag automatisch weniger wird. Sondertilgungen könnten über die Gesamtbetraganpassung realisiert werden.
