The rebalancing tool would help the user by showing the current allocation percentages and the desired percentage (desired percentages to be set by the user).
The rebalancing tool can work in two ways, the user chooses to sell an asset and the tool would help him rebalance the new percentages
Or the user inputs that they have for example $100 for a new purchase and the tool would show him how much money to put in each stock to maintain the balance.
